My phone was locked to AT&T and I had unpaid monthly charges. I called AT&T and they told me the phone could not be unlocked. I ordered the service through Cellunlocker.net and they emailed me the codes and I was able to use my S9 in simple mobile. Very simple and very clear. Thanks Cellunlocker.
