I lost 19 lbs in 10 weeks on GOLO. It was an easy plan to follow and I was never hungry. I am halfway to my goal and know I will make it there. I exercise for 20 minutes a day along with the plan. I admit I was skeptical at first, but after seeing how easy it was, and the support they give you, I knew I could do it. I no longer have cravings for high-carb foods.
Pros and Cons:
