Although it took me a while to open up, my therapist didn’t judge. She checked in with me when I wanted to avoid it but didn’t pressure. When I realized I felt safe with this person I started sharing more. She is appreciative of my efforts to get healthier and happier in the most supportive way. Her thoughts provide the feedback I had been missing in my isolation. She rocks!
