    Red Dress Boutique

    Horrible shipping and customer service

    Overall Experience:

    Despite their shipping policy stating orders will be shipped within 1-3 days, the first order I placed did not ship for 9 days. It has been 15 days since I placed the second order and the item has still not been shipped. In addition to that, I emailed customer service two times; there was no response to the first email and it took 6 days to receive a response to the second email.

    Clearly, their shipping and customer service are horrible! All buyers should be beware if they want to get their items in a timely manner or receive any semblance of customer service. I would think in today’s era of businesses struggling that boutiques like Red Dress would do everything possible to create a great customer experience. There are tons of online boutiques out there who ship very quickly and respond very quickly if you contact customer service. I will be giving my business to those boutiques and will never again shop at Red Dress, a company that clearly does not appreciate its customers.
