Technical issues using Panda Security

Overall Experience:

Positive but unfinished. I was with ATS for many years. This was my first interaction since you took over my account. Critical security services need to be reactivated. I was told by another company that Panda has an update but your company does not know of any updates.
Pros and Cons:
- Knowledgable
- Patient
- Need to be notified that the security key has been obtained to reactivate firewall and possibly other contract services
- Am leaving the state on Monday, needed activation this past week
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
