Overall, the process was very easy and straightforward. I had a cash-out refinance. I scheduled my closing on a Monday because I was having my cash wired to my bank and I did not want the wire delayed over the weekend. However, my documents were not filed in a timely fashion and my bank did not receive my funds for over a week. I had to contact Rocket to find the reason for the delay. I believe I would have waited longer if I didn't follow up with Rocket. I had over a weeks' charge for interest for funds that I did not have in my possession.
