I reached out to AuraGlow after I found out a couple of my products were unusable due to how I had stored them. I didn’t expect much at all but the agent I was in touch with, Dale, was amazing! He offered to send me replacement gel, and even though I reside in Canada, he was able to accommodate my reorder! It was a great interaction and I certainly was not expecting that level of service.
