Overall, I'm highly impressed. They are very responsive to email and super easy to work with. My device unlocking went well past the estimated time, however, they were extremely helpful. I ended up paying the device off and having it unlocked by the carrier, however, Cellunlocker will be my go-to source for future unlocks.
