Well, first I would just say the flavor is intense but smooth and amazing. I drink it straight every morning to start my day and my metabolism.
I am experiencing a reduction in inflammatory pains along with overall joint and flexibility improvement.
I will continue to use this olive oil liberally in my daily regimen and on salads, pasta, and anything close to appropriate. The flavor of this olive oil comes through in everything, you know it's there (which is a good thing).
