Sadie Nardini advertises this class as a high-powered 20-minute workout but in reality, she is gearing her lessons to people who are unfit for strenuous exercise, probably to cover her own ass. I thought the class was unchallenging and kind of a joke. She gets to the "cool down" and you haven't done anything yet! She spends the whole time explaining how out of shape people can adapt postures, and not moving. This workout won't do much for me, and I wasted my money. Also, black clothes against a black fireplace was not the best choice.
