Well, I really like it. However, it's a bit pricey right now for me to do everyday cooking. So I have a shot glass and take 1 shot every day.
Additionally, I will add some on whatever I am cooking.
I am on my second bottle. The greatest test will be in January when I am scheduling my blood work.
I am 63, and I have had some amazing results with other Dr. Gundry products. Looking forward to the tests.
