The people with complaints must be buying knockoff items or something. I use about seven different StriVectin products and they've all been wonderful. I especially love the multi-action restorative moisturizer. It's fluffy and light as air, and it absorbs beautifully.

Customer service has always been exceptional, and I love the 30-day refund policy. Even gently used products can be returned if you have issues, or if you just don't like them. You cannot get that guarantee when purchasing from places like TJ Maxx, which is an outlet store that sells unwanted, out-of-season, outdated products. I wouldn't trust buying it from Amazon either, because there are too many third-party sellers and some of them sell knockoff products (more likely to get skin reactions from knockoffs).

I also only order when they have sales for 25–30% off, which is often. The inner-circle rewards program is great. Points are earned for each dollar spent, liking their Facebook/Instagram pages, posting a review, etc., and those points can be used for free products or discounts on orders. They send three free samples out with every order and sometimes they send a six-piece gift set, which is awesome if you spend a certain amount. I've received 3 of these and two of them came with beautiful tote bags.

I've never had an issue with the products or customer service. I see many complaints about people having reactions, but that isn't necessarily the fault of the product. If a person has sensitive skin then it isn't the product, and besides, a patch test on the inner arm should ALWAYS be performed with ANY new product being introduced to the skin, and ingredient lists should always be checked out.

I'll be sticking with StriVectin unless someone shows me a more affordable option that gives the same results. Sun damage faded to almost nothing, fine lines lessened, rough skin completely smooth and soft, and more.
