I got my machine almost 9 months ago. I got the starter kit. The plastic around the rim of the milk jug was not tight-fitting and I thought it was supposed to be like that. Mold developed under it and could be seen thru the glass bottleneck. Sent photos and received a FREE replacement jug. The next problem was also solved with a free replacement part. Customer service is outstanding!
