True confession, I hate to exercise. I know I need to, but…running? Ugh. Gym workouts? Ick. But I love to dance! I decided to combine what I need to do with what I love to do. I took a chance on the TAPfit program and couldn’t be happier. Although the dislike of exercise left me out of shape and overweight, TAPfit gets me up and moving. AND committed to a stronger, more active ME. It’s a start and it’s perfect for me.
