I think the overall experience was one of the worst customer experiences I've had in my life.
I bought an iPhone case, happily paid for it...and that's it.
Soon I learned, that Bellroy needs me to change the payment method since my credit card didn't pass their validation – for reasons unknown.
So I followed each step their customer service wanted me to follow to pay again, with a different method, for the same wallet...only to learn that they have sold it out in the meantime and I can either wait up to 6 weeks before they become available or find it from one of their resellers.
Eventually, an absolute waste of time, an unnecessary freeze of my funds (I had to wait a week before I received back my money for the initial payment), and overall extreme disappointment on how broken this brand is.
Pros and Cons:
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
