We returned another piece of Effy Jewelry today when the diamond fell out 5 days after purchase. We steered away from Effy for a long time but broke down right after Christmas and were reminded of the poor quality. We have had similar issues before and when we contacted Effy they promised to get back to us but never did. Fortunately, we purchased through a place like Macy’s that will accept a return without hassle.
