Would not do business with Vroom ever again. I question their honesty since the pictures they presented online did not reflect the hood damage that cost me $1100 to repair. They only paid $500 toward the repair. I had an issue with the retail contract that had additional charges added to the second copy. Took over 2 weeks to get a person to look at it and fix it. Really question if the hassle was worth it. Never going to do business with Vroom ever again.
