I've paid for 3 courses now and have started two.
The no sit-ups ab course is great. Really targets your abs from day one and, if you have a neck problem, doesn't challenge your neck.
The pelvic reset I found harder than I thought I would but there are options to make it easier or harder as you go.
Not started the third course yet but what I've learned to do is get ALL the daily sessions in one email folder and then work through them once I have everything
Great courses, well taught, and the exercises well explained and demonstrated.
