I've only had Livia for a short amount of time but it's already been so helpful! I highly recommend getting one if you have bad menstrual cramps. It takes my pain away in just a few minutes. I decided to give Livia a try because nothing else worked, Tylenol and ibuprofen were no longer effective in even reducing my pain. I’ve always had severe debilitating cramps that make me miss work and now thanks to Livia I don’t have to anymore!
