    Overall Experience:

    It's been one month since I was escalated to the "Executive Resolution Team" and I have received no updates since then, despite reaching out. Today, I called the number provided to hear a recorded message that says, "We're having technical difficulties and our phone system is not working..."

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Initially great, now costing me money

    I purchased a used car from Carvana in October 2021. The online shopping was great. Delivery was fine but not as described (I actually had to go pick it up instead of it being delivered). The car has been great.

    Carvana, like other car dealerships in my experience, says they handle the registration and title for the car sale. I got a car loan through my bank and Carvana says they will provide my bank with the title. My bank has never received the title. I've communicated with Carvana consistently about this issue since October and I receive different and confusing solutions and statuses. None of the provided solutions or statuses ever result in my lender receiving the title. My lender is raising my interest rate because they have yet to receive the title.
