    Fun and excellent way to get fit, rehab, and just dance!

    Overall Experience:

    I joined TAPfit because I wanted to improve the strength, flexibility, range of motion, and persistent swelling in the ankle I had sprained badly a year ago. I have gotten all of this, plus overall strength and toning of my core. I also have improved the balance I didn't know I didn't have. I get to have fun with a group in the comfort of my home. I get to learn new skills and new rhythms, and get back to the joy of dancing!

    Pros and Cons:

    • Love the step by step tutorials, and the option of DVD or online
    • Enjoy the options that accommodate all fitness levels, from in a chair to on Broadway
    • I love being able to start dancing any time of day or night.
    • I love that they are adding on new dances monthly.
    • Options to join a fitness challenge support group, and also an option for individualized coaching!
