    Overall Experience:

    I ordered a pair of slippers in medium, following size recommendations. They were huge. No one answers their phone and you are told to go online. I forgot my password and went online to change it. They said I would get an email with a code. The code never came, even after trying 3 times. I don’t know if they are a scam, or just don’t care. Never order from them if there is a chance you may have to return.

    • Zero customer service

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
