I’ve had major constipation to the point where they thought I was impacted, and since being on Multi-GI 5 I am now going regular and not straining to go.
Pros and Cons:
Helps me go regularly
Easy to take as I hate pills
Powder is very fine that every time I open the lid it aggravates my lungs
Not enough flavor
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
