Gut benefits

Overall Experience:

I reordered this product and that is saying a lot. I got it originally for gut benefits. I never had gastro problems before until the past 2 years. Had a lot of bloating and gassy. I was told to get a good pro and prebiotic. I thik this fits the bill.
Pros and Cons:
- Has everything I need in one scoop
- I like the taste
- It is affordable
- At first was alarmed by hot taste in mouth, I think it is the black pepper extract
- Doesn't mix well with cold water
- Powder very powdery, goes up my nose every time I scoop
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
