Overall Experience:

Everyone was so nice! I was kept in the loop about everything during my refinance process. I love the Rocket Mortgage app! It is user-friendly.
Pros and Cons:
- Professional staff, very courteous
- Easy to use app
- Texts sent regularly to keep me updated
- I wish that there was less paperwork required as this was a refinance
