I have spinal stenosis and 2 ruptured discs at the base of my spine. I've had 2 major spine surgeries involving multiple fusions and hardware, fibromyalgia, arthritis in both base thumb joints (severe with deformity) along with my shoulders (one of which has been reconstructed), and my right knee needs replacing. I've had breast cancer, I have type 2 diabetes, and also severe neuropathy in my feet and legs from diabetes and chemo.
I take a LOT of ibuprofen and I use Penetrex on a daily basis. It works! It is the only way I get through the day sometimes. I love that it keeps working (after a half-hour or so) even if it is washed off. I can't live without it. Period.
