They approach this as a cookie-cutter program

    • Length of Use: Less than 3 months
    Overall Experience:

I'm 59, but I'm very tech-savvy, I feel I must stress that first. The program arrives with DVDs. Hardly anyone uses DVDs anymore. You can find the program online, but it's not that easy to find and access. They should be blasting the link everywhere on the website and in the literature.

Secondly, I'm a career woman and travel for work. Exercising during business travel is a chronic and widespread issue. (Again, see the above...you have to be able to access it anywhere.) As much as one would like, not many people are going to make this program their religion and are not going to be able to commit as much time as the follow-up emails seem to believe we have. Getting an email congratulating me on being on week 2, 3, 4 when I'm still working on week one is discouraging, annoying, and also makes you feel like the company is just generating customer emails based on ticklers set according to purchase date. Don't bother, it's phony and incorrect, which makes me doubt your integrity and authenticity. You're better off not emailing at all and adopting a "let us know if you need anything" approach.

I think this is a fun activity. I didn't for one minute think it was going to get me in great shape because if it was the miracle program for that, I wouldn't have found it on an IG post. Know your role and your spot and be proud of that. It's sort-of, kind-of tap dancing, which is FUN and could get women like me (older, out of shape with back and knee problems) moving more. Embrace that.

Quit sending us emails congratulating us on something we haven't accomplished and making us feel like slackers. If I recommended this to a friend, I'd include a lot of caveats.

    Pros and Cons:

    • No “pros” were specified in this review
    • Inauthentic emails pretending to know how I'm using it
    • Should be marketed for online use and not rely on DVDs that I just threw away

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
