This is not sold as a quick fix. In order for you to succeed, you have to put in the work.

I purchased Fat Loss Extreme for the one-time fee of $57. I think it was totally worth it for the different workouts, different diet options, recipes guides, etc. The other great piece of VShred is the Facebook groups and Master Classes - all free. Lots of extra workouts, nutrition, and mindset information as well as a ton of support from others, with before and after pictures and support to keep you motivated. Worth every penny of $57.

I ordered Burn and paid for it. Then they decided to not ship it to Canada. I had a reply within 24 hours and a refund the next day. I call that excellent service. They also gave me the Move program free for my inconvenience.

I get emails suggesting supplements, and if you don't want to receive and listen to them, it's simple, just opt out of emails.
