I was surprised to see an immediate improvement in some of my deep lines, most especially the "marionette" lines (corner of the mouth to chin). I even feel like the results in that area seem to have not been temporary, but have lasted. In other areas (lip/pucker lines and in neck/sides) I would say the results have been temporary at best. I've only been using it for a week or so, therefore longer testing may be needed. That said, I'm very happy with the results, so far.
