I've been using GH Boost for about 3 weeks now. After the initial shortness passes (about 20 to 30 minutes) I fall right asleep.
According to my Fitbit watch, my hours slept appear to be increasing about 12% to 15 % compared to the prior 6 months and I do seem to feel better rested and recover from workouts faster (subjective opinion not measurable).
I am 67, work out, and am very active for my age as recommended below. I have decided to invest in another month's worth and will continue recording with my Fitbit.
