My daughter recommended this service after trying it herself. From the first session, I felt a connection with my therapist. And now I look forward to my weekly sessions to, as she says, “keep unpacking experiences in my life that I need to acknowledge and address.” I told her from the beginning that I don’t have any urgent issues to address, but I have a lot of mental illness in my family and I want to maintain a healthy mental health lifestyle. She’s been able to direct the sessions casually, but productively, and I’m so grateful.
