I saw their page online and their products seemed interesting. I was facing some health challenges and the doctor advised on certain supplements which I made an order from Piping Rock.
It has been a month and I have not gotten my order. I have emailed customer care. At first, I was told 4 weeks and it will be delivered to me, now I spoke with another that said it will take 10 weeks. In that same chat, he earlier said 4 weeks. When I told him, that 4 weeks were over, he said I should "relax" and wait for 10 weeks.
I paid more than $100 for these supplements. I haven't gotten them, I cannot track them, the customer care is horrible. I genuinely regret ordering from them. I wouldn't recommend.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
