Lori was a wonderful guide for figuring out what was wrong with my device and working to get it back online again. She was patient, resourceful, and kind. She stayed with me until the problem was resolved and it did take some time. I know she was helping other people at the same time, but she certainly gave me and my Theradome Pro the attention we needed.
