My experience has been great so far!
- Length of Use: Less than 3 months
Overall Experience:

I was worried about trying BetterHelp at first; however, I'm so happy I did. My therapist has been exactly what I've been looking for in a therapist. I'm not sure if BetterHelp would be recommendable to someone who needs some serious help. But if you're like me who is medicine compliant and just needs some help to work through some things then I recommend it for you.
Pros and Cons:
- Being able to message your therapist at any time
- Weekly live sessions
- My therapist checks in with me when she hasn't heard from me in a few days
- Responses take a few hours so if you need immediate help, it could be frustrating
- I wish you could schedule more than one live session at a time
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
