    I have been taking this product for three days and I have noticed already that I am bloated and not regular like I used to be. I decided to go online and read other people's reviews and was upset to see that there is nothing but bad feedback on here. So with that being said, I am no longer going to be taking this product and I would like my money back ASAP.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
