Overall Experience:

BetterHelp overall offers an easy level entry for newbies like myself. The text, video, and scheduling features are user-friendly. The survey that is taken in the beginning matched me with an incredible therapist. Overall love the platform.
Pros and Cons:
- Having the option to do video, text and call
- Scheduling
- Notification via text and email
- Worksheets
- Not having a "pause" option, only a renew and cancel option
