After about two weeks of taking Unify Health Labs Multi-GI 5, I began to really experience a difference in my overall well-being. I felt energetic, and I experienced less bloat. My digestive system was smoother in that I was regular and went to the bathroom with ease. Finally, I found that I did not crave sugar and processed foods. Along with exercise and eating healthy, my overall health improved!
