This is my 3rd month trying SprezzaBox and so far it has been very disappointing. The first box was ok, but half the items were things I have no use for, such as suspenders and cuff links. The second month was disappointing because I was told there would be new boxes to choose from but they never came, so I had to choose from the previous month's boxes that I wasn't interested in. This month I have no idea what's going on. They charged my card a week ago and I haven't received any communication about this month's boxes. It seems like it is very poorly managed and they are just winging it every month, with no set ship dates or courtesy FYI emails. I'm not a happy customer and I would not recommend this service to anyone.
