I thoroughly enjoyed using BetterHelp. I feel they matched me well with my therapist. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to talk with my therapist from the comfort of my own home and not have to rush out the door to an office visit (or use gas since it’s so expensive these days)! The app was easy to navigate and customer service was prompt and helpful. Overall it’s been a great experience.
