I did not expect BetterHelp to be as affordable as it is. In comparison to what I could get through my insurance, the value and money spent is about equal, but with BetterHelp I felt like I had more options. I have really enjoyed my time with my therapist and felt like the search to find one was easy and painless. BetterHelp is really accessible and I've recommended it to friends now and will continue to use it. It's certainly worth checking into if you're looking for counseling/therapy options. Very easy to use.
