Better experience

Overall Experience:

I'd tried therapy before, but felt like I was just being sold pills. BetterHelp really did give me a better experience. I really feel listened to and cared about. Thank you!
Pros and Cons:
- Scheduling is more open and flexible
- Therapists show empathy and are supportive, are easy to communicate with
- Does not push medication as a matter of course
- Unfortunately there is a cost, but it's pretty reasonable
- Use of technology could be a barrier for some
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
