Always had issues with it connecting (I have a great WiFi connection and no problems with the rest of my many smart devices). Used it 5 times before I got injured (unrelated to using it). When I was finally able, it wouldn't work. Could hear the instructor but all I would get is a blue screen. The warranty lapsed four months ago. I tried everything. Called and they very cordially told me to pound salt. Nothing they could do. Wouldn't send anyone out to look at it (because if they did would see it is in pristine condition). Offered $500 on a NEW one with 2-year warranty. Yeah, uhh - hard NO! I still owe $500 on this one, and even more insulting they are offering a promo for $100 off with free delivery installation. What about your current customers, fools?
