Much better than dealing with salespeople at the dealership

Overall Experience:

I don't personally know anyone who has ordered a car online before, so I was a little nervous. I knew what I wanted, but was unable to find it anywhere around my state. After a couple of months of searching EVERY DAY, I decided to just look online. That's when Vroom popped up.

Jonathan Busany eased my mind and was quick to answer any questions I had. The process was very easy and I received my car faster than I expected, which was a plus. I'm very happy with my experience!
Pros and Cons:
- Easy. The gentleman assigned to me walked me through every step of the process.
- Convenient. I found exactly what I wanted and bought my car while I was at work.
- No nonsense. I've been to so many dealerships and talked with so many scummy salesmen trying to rip me off and I'm OVER it. No haggling, no lies, no hidden agenda.
- I wish they would've filled my new car up with gas before delivering it to me, it only had 1/4 tank, so I had to fill it up right after it was delivered.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
