I have been using the product for many years now because up until now they have been very good with taking care of the long-time customers. With that said, something changed over the last year since I usually order a year's supply, but when I called I was told no deals and the same price if you are a long-time customer or not. Website price is all you can get. I have 4 kids and unfortunately can’t afford that high price they changed it to and no one cared that I have been a customer for many many years now when I called customer support. So the company's priorities seem to have changed to money hungry. Guess I’ll find a new company and product where they care about long-time customers. 7 years I have been ordering so this is a big change.
