I keep seeing reviews of people quitting after a few days because they "feel jittery and sick" and "didn't lose any weight".
First of all, the whole point is so that you change your eating habits over time, you are making a whole lifestyle change! This does not happen quickly, and just because you are taking the Release capsules it doesn't mean you won't have any cravings and you are going to lose weight right away, you have to put in the hard work to change your habits.
Also, there are no stimulants in the capsule, so if you're feeling jittery and sick, it's most likely because you consumed something else that made you feel that way.
I think the program is great! I was so confused as to what to eat and I was jumping from diet to diet. It's been a little over a month and I am starting to notice that I'm having more energy, and yes, I have lost a couple of pounds and I have a long road to go still. But you can actually call and talk to a real person when you need support! What other diets do that? I mean really, they give you all the tools but if you don't put in the work you won't see any results! It's as simple as that!
