I have only used the VitaPluse for one month. I am waiting for payday to order a 90 days supply. I did notice a difference in the way I felt while I was taking it. I have also notice a "not feeling as well" feeling since I have not been taking it. I wasn't as tired when taking it.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
