I'm very impressed with BetterHelp. I've heard it advertised for so long, and when I realized my company offered us sessions as part of our EAP, I decided to check them out.
My first session was with a therapist who was not a good fit for me. No big deal - this happens all over the place. Fortunately, I was able to find another therapist who is an incredibly great fit for me. And doing so was easier than I thought it would be.
It's easier for me to meet virtually than it is to stress myself out getting to an office (since I live so far away from all the things). These therapists are professional and have provided me with better therapy than those I've seen in person.
