I won’t lie, I was hesitant at first. I really longed for in-person therapy after being stuck with video and phone therapy due to Covid. I needed a more personal touch. But after my first session and the first few weeks, I realized that didn’t matter as much as I thought. What I really needed was a therapist with no agenda whose focus was helping me reach my goals. Not a therapist who was bound by insurance, HMOs, and policies. I quickly felt connected with my therapist and knew it would be a good fit. I could tell she listens, cares, and validated my trauma.
I would highly recommend BH. Give it a try. No long-term obligation. I have been very satisfied with my experience.
