I was very hesitant to get help in the first place and BetterHelp didn't seem like something I would be interested in. But I decided to give it a go and thank goodness I did! So far, after only 3 sessions, I'm doing so much better. I got matched with a great therapist, who is super professional and has a lot of experience. I'm so deeply grateful to BetterHelp and my therapist.
