Overall Experience:

It was wonderful and I'm so happy I tried it out! Because of all the amazing work of my therapist and all the tools given to me by BetterHelp I am on medication that makes everyday life normal for me and no more PTSD nightmares! I recommend the service to any who needs help and can afford it.
Pros and Cons:
- I loved the journal entries
- How I could communicate with my therapist anytime
- All the different ways I could communicate with my therapist
- Sometimes it wouldn't let me schedule appointments for no reason
- Would kick me off calls with therapist every now and then
- Some glitches here and there
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
